We will gladly replace any product(s) in the rare and unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item because we understand that occasionally, issues may arise with the products you receive. Please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your item via email @theafrofusionshop@gmail.com and will work with you to address the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Due to the nature of our products and to maintain the highest standards of safety and hygiene, we have implemented a strict no return policy on all products from The Afro Fusion Shop™. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

Hygiene and Safety: The safety and hygiene of our customers are our top priorities. Once a food item leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee that it has been handled or stored in accordance with our standards. Accepting returns could compromise the safety and well-being of our customers.

Perishable Nature: Many of our food items are perishable and have a limited shelf life. Accepting returns and reselling perishable items poses a risk to the health and safety of our customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns on any food products.
- Digital Products: Due to the nature of our downloadable digital products, we have a strict no return policy on digital products.
- Homeware + Merch Collection: We will be happy to replace any product(s) from our Homeware & Merch Collection in the rare and unlikely event that it arrives damaged or defective. Please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your item via email @theafrofusionshop@gmail.com and will work with you to address the issue and provide an appropriate resolution subjected to our investigation and verification of the issue.
