Shipping and Processing Policy for Food Products:

Processing Time:

  • All orders of food products will be processed within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • All orders placed from Saturday to Friday midnight (11:59 PM Eastern Time Zone) will ship out weekly on the following week's Monday. If the Monday shipment date happens to be a holiday, the orders will be dispatched for Shipping on Tuesday.
  • For example : If you place an order between Saturday, January 13th, 2024, and Friday, January 19th, 2024, before midnight (11:59 PM Eastern Time Zone)  your order will be shipped on Monday, January 22nd, 2024. However, if there is a holiday on Monday, January 22nd, 2024, the shipment will be processed on Tuesday, January 23rd, 2024.
  • Catering orders from the catering menu can be shipped or picked up locally. Please be advised the processing time is still 5 business days for local pickup catering orders. Please check to make sure we’re available and share your pickup date with us before ordering online.

Shipping Method:

  • We offer express shipping for all food product orders. The shipping duration is estimated to 1business days for local DC|MD|VA orders and be 2-3 business days for out of state orders. Please note that these shipping times do not include the 5 days processing time it takes us to carefully prepare and package and insulate your items to the highest standard.

Shipping Rates:

  • Our goal is to provide efficient food safety packaging and affordable shipping rates for our customers. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the destination and the weight of the products in your order. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This tracking number can be used to monitor the status and location of your order during transit.

International Shipping:

  • We currently  do not offer international shipping within via this site. For International inquiries please email theafrofusionshop@gmail.com

Shipping Address:

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check and ensure that your shipping address is correct during the checkout process. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Issues:

  • In the rare event that your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team via email @theafrofusionshop@gmail.com for assistance. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.

Note:

  • The processing and shipping times mentioned above are guidelines and may be subject to change due to factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
  • We Ship food products nationwide except for Hawaii, Alaska, P.O.Boxes and Military APO Boxes.
  • We Ship Homeware & Merch Collection products nationwide except for Hawaii, Alaska, P.O.Boxes and Military APO Boxes.
  • All Products from the Homeware & Merch Collection will be processed within 5 business Days and Shipped within 10 business Days excluding weekends & public holidays.
  • Digital Products will be delivered within 72 hours of ordering.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our shipping and processing policy. This policy is effective from [January 15, 2024] and may be updated without prior notice. Please review our policies regularly for any changes.

All our deliveries are handled by UPS, USPS or FedEx

Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost.
